UI Specialist for Game Design
We’re looking for an experienced UI designer to join our game design team and help shape the interface of Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. If you care about clarity, structure, and design that respects function over flair, this might be your path.
What to expect
● Design clean, functional UI for our trucking simulators.
● Collaborate with UI artist to ensure consistent visual output.
● Maintain and evolve our Figma component library.
● Create icons and layouts rooted in the automotive world (engines, gearboxes, trailers).
● Align designs with our established style and technical constraints.
● Work closely with game designers, programmers, and QA from concept to release.
What do we expect from you
● Proven experience in UI design, ideally in games or interactive products.
● Strong skills in Figma for layouts, wireframes, and interface design.
● Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop for creating, editing, and exporting clean vector graphics.
● Organised approach to file structure, asset management, and export pipelines.
● Ability to maintain design consistency and occasionally updating in-game systems (e.g. banners, UI assets).
● Understanding visual clarity, hierarchy, and functional design.
● Reliable communicator, able to work across teams.
● A team player who values consistency, precision, and shared goals.
● Good knowledge of the English.
Considerable Pluses
● Experience with PC or console game development.
● Interest in driving games or simulations.
● Familiarity with trucking or logistics - professionally or as a hobby.
● Experience in the automotive or industrial field.
● Relevant work experience.
