Your quest - You’ll turn ideas into playable, shippable game experiences. From core mechanics and progression to story beats and player motivation. You’ll design concepts, write clear treatments/docs, and work with the team to get them implemented in-engine, iterated, and polished.
Your daily quests
› Design and iterate gameplay systems (core loop, progression, balance, rewards)
› Create concepts + story treatments and translate them into clear, actionable design docs
› Implement and tweak content in Unity and/or Unreal (data, setup, basic scripting/tools use as needed)
› Collaborate with art/animation/QA to make sure features “feel right” in-game
› Playtest, gather feedback, and iterate fast (clarity, pacing, fun, readability)
