Driven by the envious desires of his black heart, this villain has decided to ruin humanity's happiness. On the ruins of the former KGB, he built an empire of bootleg alcohol producers. Through unimaginable bribes, he soon gained power over Moscow, and before long seized a monopoly on alcohol production across all of Mother Russia. But even that isn't enough for him. He wants to destroy everything that Becherovka has built with its life-giving power, and he won't hesitate to use the vilest methods to do so. He spikes his liquor with the harshest spirit distilled from rotten beets, hidden for a hundred years in inexhaustible Siberian supply dumps. He dilutes this monstrosity with wastewater from numerous paper mills and chemical plants scattered across Russia—so perversely that a single sip destroys all taste buds, to say nothing of its ruinous effect on the brain. Hovmaz is thriving in Russia, and he wants more, more. The whole world. Right now, he is spreading his foul, booze-soaked wings over the Old Continent. Ruin is at hand.
